1.     How to cancel your participation in the service and remove your details from the site:

To cancel your subscription, please send us an email by using the ‘Contact us’ link then choose 'Cancel Subscription' from the ‘Nature of inquiry’ drop down menu and complete the form; or contact Customer Service directly; or registered mail at:

If registered mail, please include your: full name, username, mobile phone number and address.

 

Please detail the nature of your request: What aspects of your participation in the Service you would like to cancel and the reason for your cancellation.

 

You may at any time terminate your SMS premium service by smsing "STOP" to 1996661.

2.     When cancellation is initiated by you:

 

The operator will use reasonable efforts, consistent with prudent commercial practice to ensure that your cancellation request will be effective within 3 business days of receipt.

 

The operator will send you an email confirmation once your subscription has been cancelled.

 

You will not be liable for any fees or charges after your cancellation is effective.

Please note that we will not be able to process cancellation requests unless all of the      information referred to in clause 1 of this policy is provided.

 

3.     The operator may cancel your participation as part of, or in connection with, the service and remove your details from the site when:

 

The operator may cancel your participation as part of, or in connection with, the service reasonably believe that you are in breach of the terms and conditions of your access to and use of the Service.

 

4.     When cancellation is initiated by the operator:

 

If your participation as part of, or in connection with, the service is cancelled at the initiation of the operator, your participation will become effective immediately upon the operator placing a notice on the site to the effect that your participation has been cancelled.
