Membership Levels

As a silver member, businesses can sign up with no joining fee and no annual fees/monthly fees to commit to. 

Silver members accept all leads automatically, allowing for an immediate flow of contact details from a prospective customer to the business. This allows for a quick and professional automated service from the website to both the customer and the business. The Silver Membership means less handling for both the business and customer and immediate interaction, which reflects well on the business.

Silver members are presented below the gold members on search results pages. There is no visual difference in the way advertisements appear on TradieFinder.

Businesses may switch between Silver and Gold memberships at any time, as many times as they wish.

As a Gold member, businesses can manage their workflow by having the option to accept or refuse all lead requests. Businesses pay either $19.95 a month or $219.45 a year for a gold membership. The monthly fee is best for businesses who wish to swap between the gold and silver memberships due to their seasonal workload.

Gold members receive priority leads – if another gold member refuses a lead, the lead request SMS will be automatically passed on to the next gold member in the same region/industry, before silver members.

All Gold members are presented above the Silver member advertisements, allowing for greater exposure to their customers. Within their Gold membership group they are presented randomly. 

It is very important that Gold members reply as soon as possible to the lead request sent from the prospective customer, whether they reply YES or NO, a quick response is vital! No one wants to be left hanging! A long delay or no response at all can reflect poorly on the business.

Businesses may switch between Silver and Gold memberships at any time, as many times as they wish.

The pending businesses are a subclass of businesses who are not yet full members of TradieFinder.com. We have minimal information about these businesses.

Customers may contact and request details of pending businesses, but this is subject to the full disclaimer appearing on TradieFinder.com. 

Special restrictions have been put in place in relation to these businesses, as follows:

Pending businesses cannot be contacted directly by customers. Clicking ‘contact’ on a pending business’ advertisement will be forwarded to the TradieFinder customer service team who will contact the business on the customer’s behalf. An SMS will be sent to the customer notifying them of this.

No additional information will appear on the advertisement other than business name, industry and location.
