For those who have forgotten how it all works; when a customer is interested in your business, you will receive a free SMS from TradieFinder saying "[FreeMsg]U have a new lead from TradieFinder.com! Reply YES to accept or NO to refuse...etc". It is VITAL that businesses respond either way – otherwise the customer is left hanging, which may reflect poorly on your business. Don't worry - if you don't want the lead, just let us know anyway by responding 'No' (Standard SMS charge). You won’t get charged for the lead and TradieFinder will politely inform the customer that your business is currently unavailable. Replying NO is just as important as responding YES!
