The use of the Service by a person accessing the service to obtain details of tradespersons (the “Customer”) is entirely at no cost to the Customer.
A person who wishes to use the Service to allow Customers to notify the person of their need to obtain tradesperson services (the “Tradie”) will be charged a Premium SMS service charge in relation to each SMS sent to the Tradie that contains Customer details.
No other fees will be charged to you other than the SMS premium fee.
No fee will be charged to the customer for provision of a SMS containing your details which will be sent to them upon acceptance by you of the SMS relating to their details.
All other aspects of the service other than the provision of Customer details to the Tradie via SMS will be, at no cost to the Tradie.
Businesses (SMS terms of use)
The Premium SMS service will be charged as follows:
(a) SMS messages sent to you by TradieFinder containing a potential client’s contact details at a rate of AU$5.00 per message (inclusive of GST) including the following restrictions:
1. You will only be charged once if both types of communication are made on the same day, i.e. you will only be charged once if your client has chosen to use ‘Contact’ and ‘Forward to a Friend’ together on the same day.
2. The ‘Contact’ option means that your client is allowed to contact you only once, i.e. you will not be charged if your client requests for your contact details again. However your client may use the ‘forward to a friend’ option.
3. There is no cost to you when your client rates you and writes a review for your service using the ‘Write a Review’ option.
(b) Confirmation SMS sent from TradieFinder back to you when you contact your client on TradieSpace at a rate of AU$5.00 per message (inclusive of GST), including the following restrictions:
1. You will only be charged once per 3 communications made with your clients, i.e. once you contact a client you are given credit to contact any other (or the same) client twice more with no extra charge. You may roll over your credit to be used at another time.
2. Asking your client for rating using the ‘SMS client for rating’ option results in a single full charge every time this option is used.
These additional terms should appear on the TradieFinder website and form part of the terms and conditions of use generally. They are subject to further discussion with you as to the precise billing rates and any other cost arrangement to be entered into.
In the event that you have agreed to the terms and conditions on the TradieFinder website for tradespersons, you may receive an SMS message form TradieFinder indicating that it has received a customer query in relation to services you may provide. If you accepted the provision of a customers’ details being sent to you by SMS and press accept or reply YES, you will be charged a premium SMS fee of AU$5.00 which fee will be charged by your mobile phone service provider and appear in your phone service invoice.
Prices for SMS premium fees may change over time on the TradieFinder website from time to time. On each occasion that you receive an invitation to accept an SMS containing the details of a potential customer the details of the SMS premium fee to be paid will be included in the SMS message.
Silver Members
In the event that you have agreed to the terms and conditions on the TradieFinder website for tradespersons, you may receive a lead SMS message from TradieFinder with a customer’s contact details and brief job decription.You automatically accept this lead and will be charged a premium SMS fee of AU$5.00, which will be charged by your mobile phone service provider and appear on your phone service invoice.
Gold Members
In the event that you have agreed to the terms and conditions on the TradieFinder website for tradespersons, you may receive an SMS message from TradieFinder indicating that it has received a customer query in relation to services you may provide. If you accepted the provision of a customers’ details being sent to you by SMS and press accept or reply YES, you will be charged a premium SMS fee of AU$5.00, which will be charged by your mobile phone service provider and appear on your phone service invoice.
Prices for SMS premium fees may change over time on the TradieFinder website from time to time. On each occasion that you receive an invitation to accept an SMS containing the details of a potential customer the details of the SMS premium fee to be paid will be included in the SMS message.
