Review Guidelines

Word of mouth is one of the best forms of marketing. We encourage our customers to review and rate businesses, and encourage our businesses to request these reviews and ratings from past clients!

 

Please take a moment to read our review guidelines before you write a review:

 

Who can write?

Only customers who have dealt with the business are able to rate and write reviews. You can only write about your own personal experiences, not those of others, including friends and family members.

 

What to write?

Write a review that you believe will assist others in their decision of which business is the best for them to contact for their project. You may write anything you wish to share with other customers as long as it complies with the following points:

·         Only write reviews that are relevant to the service provided to you by that particular business.

·         All the information you provide must be true, correct, not misleading and free of errors.

 

What not to write?

You cannot write anything that is defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, libellous, obscene, pornographic, seditious, tortuous or threatening.

 

Going Public

If you intend to contribute a positive review to a business, please make it public for everyone to see. This will improve that business’ rating and assist in creating more business opportunities and more satisfied customers.

 

If you intent to contribute a negative review to a business please note that you have the option to either make your review visible to all users or just for the business’ eye only. 

 

In most cases, a business will be eager to hear your feedback so it can improve its performance and service.

 

Important Notice

TradieFinder is obligated to display all reviews submitted by customers. However, reviews that violate our guidelines will be removed straight away and the customer that wrote the review will be blocked and forbidden from using TradieFinder.com in the future.

 

TradieFinder reserves all rights to remove a review at any time.

 

TradieFinder will not be responsible for any review made about a business. Whether they are of a positive or negative nature, they are the personal opinion of the customer and not that of TradieFinder’s staff or management.
