TradieFinder.com business members who have used the ‘Invite a friend’ option to suggest their tradie and service friends to join TradieFinder.com will automatically enter into a draw to win an AdBanner voucher valued at $1000 to be used on theTradieFinder website in accordance the terms and conditions outlined below. Members could use the ‘Invite a friend’ option to suggest the TradieFinder.com website to as many tradie friends as they wish. Tradie friends must have an active ABN or ACN.
1.Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms & conditions is invalid.
3.Entry is open to TradieFinder.com business members who have used the ‘Invite a friend’ option to suggest their tradie and service friends to join TradieFinder.com.
4.Entrants can invite as many tradie friends as they wish in order to be eligible to enter the prize draw.
5.The tradie friends must have an active ABN or an ACN in order for the business members to be eligible to enter the prize draw.
6.TradieFinder (Aus) Pty Ltd reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who subverts or attempts to subvert the entry process or who submits an entry not in accordance with these terms & conditions.
7.The prize draw commences at 9am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 2nd of August 2010 and closes at 8pm AEST on the 31st of October 2010. One random selected respondent will be drawn on the 1st of November at TradieFinder (Aus) Pty Ltd main office in Melbourne or in a different location in which will be published close to the date.
8.'Prize' is an AdBanner voucher valued at $1000 to be used on theTradieFinder website.
9.Prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.
10. Prize value is correct at time of publication, but no responsibility is taken for any variation in the value of the prize.
11. TradieFinder (Aus) Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage to any prize after it has been awarded, or for any injury that results directly or indirectly from this promotion.
12. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond TradieFinder (Aus) Pty Ltd's control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, TradieFinder (Aus) Pty Ltd reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. TradieFinder (Aus) Pty Ltd may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
13. TradieFinder (Aus) Pty Ltd is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information, caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission.
14. Winners will be notified of how to collect their prize within 30 days of the competition draw date, and TradieFinder (Aus) Pty Ltd will make reasonable attempts to contact the prize winners by email or phone.
15. TradieFinder (Aus) Pty Ltd's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
16. TradieFinder (Aus) Pty Ltd can amend the terms & conditions of the prize draw without prior notice.
17. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms & conditions.
18. These terms & conditions do not supplement or amend TradieFinder.com's standard terms & conditions and the Information Facilities Rules which continue to apply.
19. The name of the winner will be published on the newsletter next edition after the prize draw.
20. Unclaimed prizes will be kept for 3 months after the winners are drawn. If unclaimed after that time another winner will be drawn. Prizes will not jackpot.
